The Maltings operates in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998, and is registered with the Information Commissioners Office (Please click here to view a copy of our current certification). Given the nature of the documents we store security and confidentiality are top of our agenda at all times. All document boxes are stored in clean dry conditions, protected by CCTV and 24 hour on site security staff 365 days a year. In addition all our personnel are periodically CRB checked by Disclosure Scotland.
